- Replacement of 56 existing loading arms with new (latest model) loading arms and control systems.
- Deluge Foam-water firefighting system for truck loading area
- Upgrading the existing firefighting system.
- Control and Emergency shutdown system for Oil terminal operation
- Navigation and sector lighting systems & Berthing approach system
- Cathodic protection for the existing piling and piping
- Oil spill containment booms (offshore).
- Full CCTV system
- 8 No. Quick release hooks, with central control and remote monitoring.
- 4 No. Walkways between dolphins (steel structure).
- Steel structure Shed for the loading area (5000 m2)
- Replacement of existing concrete pavement of the truck loading area (15,000 m2)
- Fire station and administration building (1000 m2)
