Scope of Work :
- All civil, infrastructures, electromechanical and finishing works comprising a cast inplace reinforced concrete structure for five buildings with an approximate total area of 10,000 m2, to include a one story building with partial stone cladding.
- The external works which comprises of parking area, security check points, and a high security reinforced concrete wall and fence with an approximate length of about 2.0 km.
